Who are We?
Iowa Shares is a statewide federation
of social action, environmental and cultural nonprofit organizations raising
funds through workplace giving. Through research, education, advocacy
and direct service, Iowa Shares' members address problems at their
root causes and implement innovative programs for long-lasting
changes in Iowa's communities and the world.
Combining the power of an active, concerned citizenry with the credibility of physicians and other health care professionals to promote policies that protect us from the threats of nuclear war, global environmental degradation and the epidemic of gun violence.
